Healthcare

Medical office is commercial property with patients inside it. That single fact changes how the work is scheduled and how little room there is to get it wrong.

A medical office building runs on a different clock than any other commercial property. Air handlers cannot come down during clinic hours. Contractors cannot stage equipment through a waiting room. Water intrusion in a suite holding imaging equipment is a different problem, and a more expensive one, than water intrusion in an office. So we schedule maintenance around patient hours rather than our own, keep life-safety systems inspected on their required cycle, and keep the compliance documentation current and retrievable — because in this asset class an inspector, an insurer or an accrediting body will eventually ask to see it, and the certificate you cannot produce counts the same as the inspection you never did.

Medical Office, Clinics, and Outpatient Space

We manage medical office buildings, single- and multi-tenant clinical space, outpatient and ambulatory facilities, and the mixed medical-and-general-office buildings common across the panhandle. Whether a building serves one practice or twenty, the questions an owner needs answered are the same: is it clean, is it compliant, does it stay open, and can you see where the money went.

Facilities Management

Clinical environments must be managed differently than commercial buildings or other mission-critical spaces. Our suite of bespoke tools, training, and resources reduce unplanned downtime and build highly trained and motivated teams that deliver the lowest risk profile in the industry.

Portfolio strategy, transactions, project delivery and capital markets are handled as separate engagements. Those are covered on our healthcare real estate advisory page.
